First published by the Greater Vancouver Regional District seven years
ago as 101 Uses for Your Shoes 'n Other Stuff, this resource has been
completely updated for this, its fourth printing. It now has a new name--101
Things to Do with All Your Old Stuff--and a new look. But it still contains
informative tips for finding new uses for your goods while also providing
information on organizations, services, and businesses that buy, sell,
repair or rent used merchandise. The guide is organized into several
chapters, each of which concentrates on a specific type of common household
item such as books, clothing or furniture. The directory listings now
include 327 secondhand businesses and organizations throughout the Lower
Mainland and the section on how to plan a successful garage sale has
been made even more practical.
