What impresses me most about the world of secondhand is how each piece--whether purchased, found, given, or inherited--always seems to have some sort of story attached to it. It can be about the previous owners, its historical reference, or even just the story behind how it was acquired. It is those stories that are the backbone of secondhandsavvy.com. We have shared some ours and now we are hoping that you will take the time to share yours.

If you have an interesting story regarding a secondhand shopping spree or about something that was purchased or given to you, you can send it to stories@secondhandsavvy.com.

You can either submit your contribution as an attachment (preferably as a Microsoft Word Document) or if not too long, you can send it in the main body of your email message. If you have photos, you can send them along as a .jpg or .tif file.

If you would rather mail us your story and photos, you can do so by mailing them to the address listed below. If you would like your copy and photos returned, please submit a self-addressed envelope with the correct postage. Otherwise we cannot take responsibility for returning your story and photos.

We do not pay for story contributions at this time.
